In her new role, Amelia will lead efforts to drive growth across both existing and new markets. She will also align the go-to-market strategy to boost sales efficiency while maintaining a continued focus on customer-centricity.
The rising demand for accurate solutions and changing customer expectations in e-commerce make the shipping experience a decisive factor in customer satisfaction and loyalty. Findings by Sendcloud reveal that 44% of consumers abandon shopping carts if delivery expectations are not met, and 55% value the ability to adjust their delivery preferences even after shipment. In her previous role as Global Vice President of Sales at Culture Amp, Amelia successfully scaled high-performing sales teams across multiple regions, driving substantial global growth. As Sendcloud’s new CRO, she will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s revenue, with a bold target of reaching 200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Amelia’s appointment is a key part of Sendcloud’s strategy to become the number one shipping platform in Europe and beyond. Under her leadership, the company will optimise its sales processes, drive product adoption, and scale operations to support its expansion roadmap.
